Handling time for each product is clearly stated on the product listing, please refer to each individual product page for details. There will be production time for all made-to-order and custom-made items.
Customers could get an estimated shipping fees for different shipping methods available under the special instruction on the shopping cart page.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. A delivery confirmation email with tracking number will be also sent to customers when package has been dispatched.
We may accept order cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped. We must also receive the cancellation request by email within 24 hours after the order was placed. We do not accept order cancellation for custom-made items. Any order cancellation will result in a 20% cancellation fees applied to the order amount (excluding shipping cost).
