How do I do a return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
How do I do an exchange?
- If you would like to exchange your item(s), we ask that you start a return and then place a new order for the item(s) that you would like.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of your initial order.
- Items must be in original new condition.
- For all hair extensions and wigs -- MUST BE UNWORN, uncut including hair or lace (when applicable) and no hair products used on the item.
- We will not accept wigs, hairpieces, or fashion items after they have been tried on.
- Must have all original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- If your returned merchandise is denied, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the items back to you.
What items are not returnable?
- Items that are not returnable include Cosmetics and any item that is deemed hazardous materials such as alcohol and aerosol sprays.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- Re-stocking fees may apply at our discretion
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.
